Creating a winning team does entail more than just asking a bunch of people for help or to come and join you. You will need to take the lead and do so by example. Initiate the offers to help them and follow through. They will need to see the value in being a part of your team. Your availability and willingness should be transparent for the success of your team. Share your knowledge with.. and give support to the team. Encourage and communicate..your team is only as strong as your weakest member. Discern ...tactfully who that is and do a little one on one. Learn to delegate , allowing those that are more advanced in your team to share some of their expertise with the team. But do let the team have a voice..some of the best ideas comes from brainstorming. You don't have to know it all...or do it all.. that"s what creating a winning team is all about.
